Strategic Planning Green Framework
The project achieved a major milestone in Action 2.2. The team has completed a user-friendly Strategic Planning Green Framework that will help users create or improve their green strategies with ease. This methodology is presented in three distinct phases that can empower users. In addition to this, there is a toolbox that serves as a one-stop shop for sustainable practices. This toolbox can simplify the journey towards greener initiatives.
Pilot Study of the Green Strategy Process Model:
The performed pilot study aimed to test the effectiveness of the Green Strategy Process Model in courier and postal companies in Greece and Romania. The Green Strategy Process Model is a versatile framework that assists companies in implementing green strategies, reducing environmental impact, and improving competitiveness. The pilot study demonstrated that the Green Strategy Process Model is an adaptable and valuable tool which can be customised according to different contexts and sectors.
What’s Next: Translations and Tools
We’re moving forward with our Green Strategic Planning Framework by translating it into Hungarian, Greek, and Romanian. We’re also preparing for the development of the Green Self-Assessment Tool, which will be a personalised environmental awareness tool available on our website soon.
