Digitability is a project funded by EU with aim to empower people with disabilities to update skills and educational background in digital new technologies and transform their position in world of work. Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity.
The main aim of the project is the development of digital skills and competences of people with disabilities through an innovative training methodology and to empower them to transform their position in society.
Will also help to :
- Ensure them that they can access their rights in the new world of work and beyond;
- Support and facilitate people with disabilities in their daily tasks at the workplace through the use of digital tools;
- Make employers more inclusive with persons with disabilities;
- Achieve equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities;
- Identify actions needed to shape a future of work in a more disability-inclusive way
