In the first Newsletter a detailed description of the Res-Food project is implemented, describing how the project is going to support hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes to reduce the quantity of food waste, on the one hand, on the other, giving surplus food with the help of charities and NGOs to those in need.
