The Couriers Go Green project held its third and final transnational project meeting in Budapest on November 19th and 20th, 2024. Hosted by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce, the meeting brought together partners physically and virtually to discuss the project’s activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, with some partners attending in person and others joining remotely. Despite the mixed attendance format, the atmosphere was professional and goal-oriented, reflecting the project’s commitment to achieving its objectives.
Key Discussions and Recap
The primary focus of the meeting was a thorough recap of the project’s activities and their respective outcomes. Partners reviewed the various initiatives within the work packages and assessed their impact. The meeting also included a detailed analysis of the project’s KPIs, which helped gauge the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
Several pressing issues were identified, particularly concerning translations and the automated certification process. Action plans were developed and implemented to address these challenges. The project team remains optimistic about resolving these issues by the end of the project in December.
